President @CyrilRamaphosa receives the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Mirjana Spoljaric, for discussions on strengthening respect for international humanitarian law and the rules of war as armed conflicts continue to rise globally. South Africa is a founding state of the Global Initiative on International Humanitarian Law, which has mobilised 118 states, including 27 African countries, to advance political commitment to these life-saving rules.
