Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping met today on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan today, amidst reports that Russia may be seeking to escalate in Ukraine. We’ll have some follow-on updates on the SCO as the day goes.
