This reshared reel by @raaz_pt_rc7 shows Portuguese soldiers and camouflaged armored vehicles gathered on a cobbled street in Porto. The camera walks past troops with backpacks, machine-gun-equipped vehicles, and a Humvee-type truck under autumn trees. The filmer sounds amazed, saying they have never seen anything like it.
