Vitaliy Klitschko's reel, reshared here, shows an inspection of a major hospital on Kyiv's left bank ahead of winter. The hospital has its own boiler room, water well, diesel generators, solar panels and battery storage, and a shelter for air raid alerts. He says it can keep receiving patients even if power and water supplies fail.
