The Sultan of Oman gives the closing words of his speech at the state banquet hosted by King Charles III, praying for the King's health and for lasting friendship between the two nations. The setting is a decorated hall, probably at Windsor Castle, with the King seated nearby. The reel, originally from @omanis_vip, ends with a band playing from the gallery.
