A reshared Tajik television reel shows an official greeting in an ornate hall decorated with the Russian and Tajik flags. A man in a dark suit waits at the center, a visitor enters, and the two shake hands for the cameras. The visitor is not named in the video, and the host is only credited by the on-screen @RustamEmomali watermark.
