A story reshares a Presidency of South Africa video of the plaque unveiling at the Vedant…
The South African Presidency (@presidencyza) shared this video of the plaque unveiling for the Vedanta Zinc International Gamsberg Phase II Expansion Project in Aggeneys, Northern Cape. President Cyril Ramaphosa and a Vedanta director pull back a blue curtain after a countdown, and the attendees applaud. The group, wearing hi-vis jackets and hard hats, then heads to a ribbon-cutting. The project is presented as a boost to South Africa's mining industry and investment.
